Key Responsibilities- Supervise and mentor a team of Workers Compensation Claims Adjusters handling indemnity claims
- Oversee claim handling to ensure compliance with state regulations in CO and UT.
- Provide technical guidance on complex and escalated indemnity claims
- Monitor workloads, productivity, and quality metrics to ensure optimal team performance
- Conduct file reviews, audits, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices and improve operational efficiency
- Support training, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications- Active Workers Compensation licenses in Colorado and Utah (required)
- 35+ years of supervisory experience in Workers Compensation claims
- Strong background handling indemnity claims (required)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
- Deep understanding of state-specific Workers Compensation regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume claims environment
