Doctors on Duty (www.doctorsonduty.com) is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic full-time or Part-time Urgent Care physician with a strong background in Workers' Compensation (evaluation and treatment), Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Family Practice training, and Emergency Medicine. The role involves delivering timely care for non-life-threatening conditions, conducting occupational health assessments, and managing work-related injuries in compliance with California workers' compensation guidelines. We provide fast and affordable medical services at several locations throughout California's Central Coast, including Monterey, Salinas, and Santa Cruz.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting
Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of non-emergency medical conditions
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
Complete workers' compensation documentation (PR-2, RFA, Work Status Reports, etc.)
