This is a direct-support seat paired with one dedicated workers' comp attorney, meaning you'll actually own the work: full case file management, direct client contact, hearing prep, and drafting. ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll manage workers' compensation case files from start to finish, communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers, prepare and organize medical evidence for hearings and depositions, and draft routine correspondence, pleadings, and legal documents -- all in dedicated support of one workers' compensation attorney.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1--3 years as a legal assistant; workers' compensation experience preferred but not required (medical claims background also considered)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable on the phone
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated job stability and longevity in prior roles
- Must be able to work on-site 5 days a week in Nashua, NH
