A highly regarded California-based defense firm is hiring Workers’ Compensation Attorneys with a minimum of 2 years of relevant litigation experience. This is a remote position.
2–5 years: $150,000 – $190,000
5–7 years: $200,000
7–10 years: $210,000
10+ years: $220,000
2+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
Strong litigation, case management, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage an active caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and time management abilities
