A leading California workers’ compensation defense law firm is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join its growing team. The attorney will represent employers, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and public entities in a wide range of workers’ compensation matters.

Job Details
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Active California Bar admission and in good standing.
2+ years of California workers’ compensation experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of California workers’ compensation law and WCAB procedures.
Excellent written, oral, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
Workers’ Compensation Certified Specialist designation is a plus but not required.
