Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Associate or Partner)

An established Atlanta-area defense firm is adding two workers' compensation attorneys at the associate or partner level, starting immediately.

• Defend employers and insurers in Georgia workers' compensation claims, including hearings across the state
• 3+ years of WC defense experience preferred, and Georgia WC experience strongly preferred
• Active Georgia bar admission
• Must live locally to cover hearings throughout Georgia
• Mostly in the office, with some hybrid flexibility
• No billable-hour target
• Pay is about $100K for newly licensed attorneys and $125K+ with 3 or more years of experience
• Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) with a match after one year, PTO, paid holidays, and performance reviews with merit bonuses
