What you’ll be doing:
Manage a full workers’ compensation defense caseload from inception through resolution
Develop litigation and budget strategies
Conduct discovery and prepare cases for trial
Draft motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents
Attend court appearances, hearings, and trials
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties throughout the litigation process
Utilize strong negotiation and advocacy skills to represent clients effectively

5+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience
Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
