What you'll do:

• Independently manage a full workers' comp caseload
• Handle depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Negotiate directly with carriers and opposing counsel

• Active Florida Bar license, in good standing
• Workers' compensation litigation experience
• Confidence running your own docket
