This opportunity is with a leading enterprise organization in the gaming and casino entertainment industry. The Workday Technical Systems Integrations Specialist will support critical enterprise technology initiatives in a fully onsite environment. The role offers the opportunity to work with Workday integrations, technical configurations, business systems, and cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and other business functions. This position is designed for a hands-on technical professional who can help maintain reliable, scalable, and compliant Workday solutions while contributing to long-term system optimization and organizational growth.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking a Workday Technical Systems Integrations Specialist to develop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations and technical configurations across a complex enterprise environment. This role will build scalable integration solutions, support Workday platform administration, troubleshoot technical issues, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver reliable results.The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday integrations, APIs, and technical configuration. The position will help ensure Workday remains aligned with business objectives, compliance requirements, governance standards, and long-term technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.
- Develop and support inbound, outbound, real-time, and batch integration solutions.
- Use REST and SOAP web services to support secure, scalable data exchanges.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Configure business processes, calculated fields, security roles, and custom reports.
- Support tenant management, system monitoring, releases, testing cycles, upgrades, and implementation initiatives.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver technical solutions.
- Evaluate integrations and processes to improve scalability, efficiency, and performance.
- Create technical documentation, integration mappings, design specifications, and support procedures.
- Ensure adherence to IT security, SOX, data governance, audit, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least three years of hands-on experience developing and supporting Workday integrations.
- Strong experience with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder, and Core Connectors.
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.
- Familiarity with middleware and integration platforms such as Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of data governance, enterprise systems, and integration architecture.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.
