Job Summary (List Format):
- Collaborate with DHHS HR Director, HR Managers, and Recruiters to support Workday HCM - Phase I (Recruitment, Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Offboarding).
- Develop and execute change management and skills development initiatives for HR and agency leaders.
- Contribute insights to agency training plans and expand knowledge of agency business processes, policies, and procedures related to recruitment and onboarding/offboarding.
- Assess compliance requirements and recommend process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Develop communications and presentations to facilitate sessions, broaden awareness, and enhance understanding of Workday HCM usage.
- Gather user feedback on system challenges and provide solutions to improve day-to-day operations.
- Evaluate requests, troubleshoot issues, and identify process or procedure enhancements to support Workday implementation.
- Assist with agency communication and deployment of system/process changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR leaders, business owners, and the Workday Delivery Team.
- Leverage deep HCM knowledge and technical expertise in Workday to guide users and support organizational objectives.
- Ensure adherence to HR best practices, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
- Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and facilitate meetings.
- Analyze and resolve technical and process-related issues to optimize system performance and user experience.
