Title: Workday Sr. Technical Manager(AMS Lead)
Locations: Los Angels, CA / Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Pay Range: $70 - $75/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
The Workday Sr. Technical Manager (AMS Lead) is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of Workday Finance programs. This includes planning, execution, governance, integration, and stabilization, ensuring that business outcomes are achieved through effective program management and leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong experience with Workday Techno-Functional Management.
- Proven experience leading large, complex enterprise programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Thorough knowledge of customer central for finance data conversion.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Workday AMS, Support Lead.
- Hands-on knowledge of security models, reporting, and calculated fields in Workday.
- Experience in managing data migrations and third-party systems.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and support E2E Software Lifecycle Management for Workday Financials.
- Collaborate with finance, compliance, IT, and implementation partners for alignment.
- Guide integrations with banks, treasury systems, and financial service providers.
- Document system architecture, specifications, and integration frameworks.
- Design and deploy Workday integrations, focusing on Financials & related areas.
