JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solutions Engineer – Security & Prism Analytics to provide L3-level technical and functional support, solution ownership, and continuous improvement across Workday Security and Prism Analytics.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Security, Workday Reporting, and Workday HCM, along with a solid understanding of data integration, data transformation, and enterprise HR systems.
The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Security, Integration, and Technology teams to design scalable analytics solutions, resolve complex production issues, strengthen data governance, and ensure secure access to Workday data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support and solution ownership for Workday Security and Prism Analytics.
• Design, build, maintain, and optimize Workday Prism Analytics solutions.
• Develop end-to-end data pipelines including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publication.
• Configure and optimize Prism datasets, data sources, and analytical models.
• Develop and support advanced Workday reports, dashboards, worksheets, scorecards, and analytics solutions.
• Design and implement Workday security frameworks, domain security policies, role assignments, and data access controls.
• Troubleshoot complex Workday security and access-related issues and perform access validation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Investigate data discrepancies and perform root-cause analysis across Workday and external systems.
• Collaborate with Workday Functional, Integration, Security, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
• Support Workday releases and assess their impact on Prism, reporting, and security solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in solution design workshops, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization.
• Create technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Experience creating and managing Prism datasets.
• Experience with data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishing.
• Understanding of analytical data models and data warehousing concepts.

• Strong understanding of the Workday Security Framework.
• Experience with domain security policies, role-based security, and data access controls.
• Experience troubleshooting security and access issues.
• Experience with security audits, compliance, and access validation.

Workday Reporting

• Strong experience with Workday Reporting.

• Strong understanding of Workday HCM data architecture.

• Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
• Understanding of ETL and data transformation concepts.
• Experience with:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline.
• Workday Prism Analytics Certification preferred.
• Workday Reporting or Workday Integration certification preferred.
