Job Title:Workday Solutions Engineer(Comp and Advance Comp)

Location: - onsite - Los Angels, CA / US Remote

ROLE_DESCRIPTION

"Responsibilities:

• Gather Business requirements and provide configuration support of Compensation (Core and Advance), Benefit modules
• Work Consultantly or with Team Lead and/or Project Manager to participate in the Configuration solutions/Testing
• Analyze business requirements and produce detail and solution specifications consulting with Client Process Owners about standard methodologies for HR processes in Workday.
• Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns
• Ability to work with the team that can be geographically dispersed, in planning support and be available to support or guide as and when necessary"

ESSENTIAL_SKILLS

Workday Advanced Comp

SKILLS_REQUIRED

"Workday Techno-Functional lead Consultant with experience in successful end-to-end implementations or support on Core Compensation and Advance Compensation.

It entails detailed hands on technical and functional knowledge of workday and the domain . Ability to configure to specs , ability to facilitate requirements sessions as needed and a deep understanding of the best practices. Since none of these domains operate in isolation , the individuals needs to cross collaborate with other related work streams.

• A leader with a sense of urgency and strong delivery focus
• Workday certification in Adv Comp is good to have
• Configuration experience Workday functional areas (mandatory Base Compensation and Advanced Compensation)
• Played Functional Lead role on at least 2 end-to-end deployments for Workday HCM
• Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday compensation modules
• Configuration support for at least 3-4 clients handled on AMS model for Base Comp and Advanced Compensation
• Experience in Business Process setup
• Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player

Should be strong in below Functional areas:

Functional Areas: Base Compensation and Adv. Compensation must/ Benefits/Payroll/Core HCM and security

Good to have:

• Certification in Workday Compensation
• Participated in ACR processes"
