Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting and Analytics Engineer to join our finance team. This role involves developing and maintaining robust Workday reporting solutions to support financial decision-making. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data integrity and deliver impactful insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Workday reports using Report Writer and Advanced Reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency in Workday reporting.
• Support ad hoc analytics requests with a focus on business impact.
• Collaborate with downstream systems for accurate data integration.
• Lead requirement gathering and documentation for reporting needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of relevant Workday Finance and Accounting reporting experience, including Prism and/or Tableau (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
• Workday certification or commitment to obtain.
• Technical proficiency with Excel and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Industry Experience:

• Experience in the retail and/or grocery industry is preferred.
