Job Summary:

We are looking for an analytical professional to enhance our team by designing and managing Workday reports and dashboards. This role supports various HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, and Compensation, by providing crucial insights through Workday Reporting tools.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage a variety of reports and dashboards using Workday tools like Report Writer and Discovery Boards.
  • Maintain and optimize the catalog of standard and custom reports, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports.
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends and support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure seamless integration of reporting solutions with Workday modules and maintain security settings for report access.
  • Test and troubleshoot reports to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to HR and business users on utilizing Workday reporting tools effectively.
  • Assist with audit and compliance reporting needs.

Skills:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience with Workday Reporting tools.
  • Background in HRIS, HR, Payroll, or related data management.
  • Experience with Workday modules such as Core HCM and Compensation.
  • Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and shifting priorities.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with Workday Security, EIBs, and integrations.

Education:

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Certifications & Licensure:

  • Workday Reporting certification.

Languages:

English (Speak, Read, Write)
