Workday Recruiting and Talent Management Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Talent Management Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday, with additional experience in Workday HCM preferred.

Duration: 6+ months
Compensation: $40-45/hr
Location: 100% REMOTE

We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting & Talent Management Consultant with hands-on experience in Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Workday, with additional experience in Workday HCM preferred.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Workday functional solutions.
• Support talent acquisition and talent management processes, including configuration and optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related functional issues.
• Collaborate with HR, talent acquisition, and technical teams to improve Workday processes.
• Support system enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing maintenance.
• Provide functional guidance and support to business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday Talent Management.
• Strong understanding of Workday configuration and functional processes.
