Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Chandler, AZ

Rate: $70-$73/hour W2

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Production Support Analyst to support and maintain a large enterprise Workday environment. This is an ongoing production support role responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous operation of Workday modules supporting HR business functions including Payroll, Benefits, Vendor Management, and Human Capital Management (HCM).

The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical knowledge of Workday business processes, experience supporting production environments, and the ability to troubleshoot data and system issues while partnering closely with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for the enterprise Workday HCM platform.
• Support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Vendor Management, and related HR functions.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents, data issues, and system defects.
• Coordinate and execute Workday bi-annual releases, testing, validation, and post-release support.
• Perform ongoing system maintenance, troubleshooting, and configuration support.
• Analyze business process issues and recommend solutions to improve system functionality.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business teams to resolve production issues.
• Monitor system health and ensure high availability of the Workday environment.
• Support data integrity, audits, and issue resolution activities.
• Document production support processes and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.

• Strong experience supporting Workday Production Support environments.

• Hands-on experience supporting:

• Workday HCM

• Payroll

• Benefits

• Vendor Management

• Core HR business processes

• Experience supporting Workday releases and maintenance activities.

• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security.

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and resolving data discrepancies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Must be located in Arizona.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience with Splunk monitoring.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Financial services or enterprise corporate environment experience.
