This is an on-site position at our corporate office in Dunwoody, GA. Remote work is not available for this role.

    • Ensure accurate integrations and downstream impacts across payroll, employee data, and benefit vendors
    Platform Governance & Delivery
    • Own the Workday Compensation and Benefits product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements and converting operational needs into scalable solutions
    • Lead design sessions, requirements refinement, sprint planning, story sizing, testing, and release readiness
    • Validate Workday releases, assess tenant impacts, and support data integrity and security reviews
    • Oversee advanced reporting and critical EIB mass updates with strong controls and auditability
    • Develop prototypes and process improvements that reduce defects and improve the experience for corporate teams and property-level users
    Partnership & Escalation
    • Report to the Corporate HRIS Systems Manager and collaborate closely with the Sr. Director, Workday Systems on roadmap priorities, platform strategy, and delivery
    • Partner with the Director of Total Rewards to translate compensation and benefits strategy and program design into Workday solutions
    • Serve as the senior Workday escalation point for complex compensation and benefits issues, working with HR, Payroll, Finance, vendors, and other partners
    • Partner with HR leaders, COEs, executives, and field operations to align system design with business needs
    • Mentor Workday analysts in configuration, requirements discovery, testing, and product delivery
    • Engage with the Workday Community to evaluate new product capabilities and emerging features
