Workday Learning Operations Analyst

We are looking for someone with hands on experience using the Workday Learning interface to support learner profile creation, data entry, and audience related activities.

This is primarily an operational, data entry focused role rather than a Workday configuration position. The key requirement is familiarity with how Workday Learning works from an end user or administrative user perspective, particularly when creating and maintaining learner information.

Experience with Workday Audience Builder is especially important.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain learner related data within Workday Learning

• Create and update learner profiles

• Support the creation and maintenance of learner audiences

• Use Workday Audience Builder to identify and organize appropriate learner populations

• Review information for accuracy and completeness

• Make updates to learner records based on provided requirements

• Navigate the Workday Learning interface efficiently to complete assigned tasks

• Support ongoing cleanup, maintenance, and organization of learning data

• Work with internal stakeholders to resolve missing or incorrect information

• Follow established processes and standards for data entry and learner management

Required Experience

• Previous hands on experience using Workday Learning

• Strong familiarity with the Workday Learning user interface

• Experience entering, updating, or maintaining learner information

• Experience creating or working with learner profiles

• Hands on exposure to Workday Audience Builder

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work through repetitive or high volume data entry tasks

• Comfortable following defined processes and working independently

Preferred Experience

• Previous Workday Learning administrative or end user support experience

• Experience supporting learning data cleanup or maintenance initiatives

• Familiarity with learner assignments, audiences, and learning content

• Experience working with HR, Learning and Development, or HRIS team
