Overview
We are seeking a Workday Integrations Specialist to support a newly deployed Workday environment entering go-live. This role will focus on stabilization, issue resolution, and ongoing support of existing integrations, with additional responsibility for building and enhancing integrations as business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities
- Support post–go-live stabilization of Workday integrations
- Monitor integrations closely during initial production rollout and resolve issues in real time
- Troubleshoot and fix integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues
- Maintain and enhance existing integrations across HCM and/or Financials
- Build new integrations as required to support evolving business processes
- Partner with functional teams to quickly triage and resolve production issues
- Support testing cycles, including regression and post-deployment validation
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across integrated systems
- Document integration flows, fixes, and updates
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday integrations experience
- Strong experience with:
- Workday Studio
- EIB
- Core Connectors (PICOF, PECI, CCB)
- Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)
- Experience troubleshooting integrations in a live or post-go-live environment
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, and data transformation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment during go-live
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Workday go-lives or hypercare periods
- Exposure to both HCM and Financials integrations
- Experience with RaaS and reporting integrations
- Familiarity with SFTP and middleware tools
- Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with business stakeholders
