Workday Integration Lead
Dallas, TX (Hybrid Preferred)
6month Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $90.00 - $120.00per hr / Salary Target: $175K - $220K

Job Description
Our client is seeking a Workday Integration Lead to own the design, development, and long-term strategy for Workday integrations supporting a growing enterprise Workday environment. This individual will provide technical leadership for new implementations while helping establish scalable integration standards that can be leveraged across future deployments. The ideal candidate combines deep Workday integration expertise with strong architecture and problem-solving capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of Workday integration experience supporting enterprise implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, and Workday Web Services.
• Experience designing and supporting complex inbound and outbound integrations with HRIS, payroll, finance, identity management, and third-party applications.
• Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Experience leading integration design sessions and providing technical direction to implementation teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and functional stakeholders.

Preferred / Desired Experience

• Experience leading integration architecture across multiple Workday implementations.
• Workday Integration certification.
• Experience building reusable integration frameworks and implementation standards.
• Knowledge of security architecture, data privacy, and integration governance.
• Experience supporting post-production enhancements and Workday release cycles.
• Familiarity with middleware platforms and enterprise integration strategies.
• Experience mentoring junior integration developers.
