IDR is seeking a Workday Implementation Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Frisco, TX. This role involves developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds to support business processes within a dynamic organization. The position offers a chance to work on complex projects involving integration, automation, and platform governance, all on a full-time, onsite basis.

Requirements for the Workday Implementation Analyst:- Workday Recruiting: Deep hands-on expertise configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday Recruiting in complex, global production environments.
- Workday Talent & Advanced Compensation: Experience managing global talent programs and complex compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, equity, incentive plans, allowances, and country-specific configurations.
- Workday Configuration, Reporting & Data Management: Strong experience with job profiles, EIBs/mass updates, calculated fields, complex reporting, governance, and supporting customized environments with evolving documentation.
