Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM/Payroll & Integration Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Performance, Studio Integrations, and BIRT Reports. The ideal candidate should have experience developing Workday Studio integrations from scratch, configuring business processes, building reports, and Eligible to workimizing existing Workday systems.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the full development lifecycle, implementing process improvements, and ensuring successful integration development, testing, and deployment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Workday Studio integrations from scratch.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, EIBs, and Core Connectors.
- Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Performance modules.
- Develop and maintain Workday BIRT, Advanced, Custom, Matrix, and Trending Reports.
- Work with XML and XSLT for integration development and data transformation.
- Configure and modify business processes and existing Workday configurations.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement process improvements to Eligible to workimize existing systems.
- Follow established release management processes for code changes and production deployments.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure system performance and data accuracy.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile development environments and deliver work within sprint timelines.
- Follow Workday best practices and development standards.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Workday development, particularly Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in Workday Studio integration development from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and other integration tools.
- Experience with Workday Payroll, Benefits, and Performance modules.
- Strong experience developing Workday reports, including Advanced, Custom, Matrix, Trending, and BIRT Reports.
- Proficiency in XML and XSLT.
- Experience with Workday business process configuration and syClientimization.
- Proven ability to manage the full development lifecycle, including testing and production deployment.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading technical initiatives.
