Workday HCM Consultant Onsite | Alabama I US Citizens and Green Card Holders ONLY

Ideal Candidate: Senior Workday HCM Functional Consultant with manufacturing + Workday implementation experience who can work closely with the internal HRIS team and implementation partner. Experience with additional Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Reporting, Security, or Integrations is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant for a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Location: Alabama – Onsite
Duration: 12 months + potential extension
Schedule: 40 hours/week

Must-Have Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Workday HCM / Core HCM experience
• Experience with Workday HCM implementations
• Phase 1 / Greenfield Workday implementation experience preferred
• Manufacturing industry experience – REQUIRED
• Strong experience with requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing/UAT, and issue resolution
• Experience working with HRIS teams, HR leadership, business stakeholders, and implementation partners
• Experience with additional Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Reporting, Security, or Integrations is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
