Job Title: Workday HCM AnalystPay: $70 - $85 per hourLocation: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote) in Raleigh, North Carolina (North Hills)SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting Workday platform implementations and enhancements. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize HR and talent management modules within Workday. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive HRIS experience, and a solid understanding of Workday functionalities, particularly in HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Performance modules.
