"Seeking a Workday Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of experience in Workday HCM and related modules.
"The candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Finance modules.
"Responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs, integrations, and stakeholder management.
"Strong knowledge of Workday best practices, end to end business processes, troubleshooting, and implementation support projects is required.
"Experience with custom reports, XSLT transformations, and Workday Studio integrations is preferred.
