Workday Consultant

Title: Workday Consultant

Duration: 3-month contract

Location: 100% Remote

The key experience we should be targeting includes:

• Strong hands-on Workday Recruiting configuration experience, including business processes, conditions/condition rules, workflows, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting post-implementation stabilization, configuration changes, testing, and day-to-day Workday issues.
• Strong Workday reporting and dashboard experience, including building dashboards and validating that reports are pulling the correct data.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate those needs into Workday configuration changes.
• Exposure to Workday Talent, particularly goals and performance management.
• Advanced Compensation experience is a nice-to-have, but not required.
• Higher education experience is also a nice-to-have, but they are open to candidates from other complex Workday environments.
