Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customer consulting and best practice guidance independently 70% of the time
- Configure and administer systems 30% of the time
- Manage vendor relationships independently 80% of the time
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) research and resolution
- Complete data analysis and validation across systems and processes
- Provide technical support for HR Applications
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships to achieve project initiatives
- Ensure data integrity and stability of the HR Ecosystem
- Advise customers on industry standards and leading best practices
- Participate in system architecture design/consulting
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- 4+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with a Bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions with Technical Certification and/or College Courses
- 8+ years experience in HR, IT, or Cloud-Based Solutions
- Extensive experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
- Experience managing moderate to complex projects
- Experience in customer consulting and cloud-based technologies (SaaS / IaaS / PaaS)
- Experience in application configuration and product feature design
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicts effectively
