Preferred Certifications Workday HCM Certification Workday Recruiting Certification Workday HCM Configuration & Support Configure and maintain Workday HCM functionality to support evolving business requirements. Support Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll, and Absence processes. Configure supervisory organizations, job profiles, positions, organizations, and business processes. Manage Workday security roles, domain permissions, and access governance. Business Analysis & Process Improvement Partner with HR business teams to understand business challenges and identify system improvements. Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions. Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process optimization opportunities. Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions. Reporting & Analytics Develop and maintain Workday repo rts and dashboards. Create calculated fields and custom reporting solutions. Support workforce analytics and HR reporting initiatives. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across HCM processes. Testing & Release Management Participate in Workday semi-annual release assessments and testing. Perform impact analysis for new features and enhancements. Develop test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization. Integrations & Cross-Functional Support Collaborate with integration teams supporting: Workday Studio EIB PECI CCW WECI Third-party HR and Payroll systems Support troubleshooting of inbound and outbound interfaces. Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations. Internal Workday documentation highlights experience with these integration technologies and HCM modules.
