Title: Workday Certified Trainer / Instructor

Payrate: Up to $130/hour

Duration: Contract assignment with potential for extension

Hours: 40 hours/week

Summary

Delivers Workday instructor-led training (Workday Academy or partner-delivered) to consultants, clients, or internal staff pursuing Workday certification in a specific functional domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high-quality instructor-led training aligned to Workday's global content standards.
• Guide learners through Core, Pro, or Specialty certification coursework in a specific domain (HCM, Payroll, Integrations, etc.).
• Assess learner progress against Workday's certification exam criteria and provide remediation coaching.

Required Skills & Competencies

• · Extensive functional expertise in the Workday domain taught, built through consulting or administrative delivery.
• · Facilitation and assessment competencies consistent with the ATP Facilitator baseline.
