Title Work Study Office Assistant Position Description

BSU's Elementary and Early Childhood Education undergraduate degree and minor programs provides students with the coursework and field experiences necessary to help understand and teach children during their critical developmental years. From teacher licensure programs to early childhood education master's programs, our department has the education graduate programs to help gain advanced skills in teaching children up to age 8.

The Elementary and Early Childhood Education Office Assistant will help with general office duties. such as:

  • Answer phones
  • Provide customer service
  • Assist professors when needed
  • Run errands on campus periodically
  • Make copies
  • Other office duties as assigned

Eligibility requirements:

  • Must be a Bridgewater State University undergraduate student registered for a minimum of six credits for the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Must have Work Study award in your financial aid package

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Ability to follow directions and work independently.
  • Strong customer service and previous office experience.
