    Work Job

    We are searching for a responsible person who enjoys working with young people.  This person should be able to lead, support, and motivate strong-willed boys. The work job supervisor will prepare equipment needed for job sites, ensure safety, transport boys and materials, work with boys on the job, and use power tools and other equipment. The work job supervisor should demonstrate consistency, flexibility, and teamwork.

    Responsibilities
    • Work under supervision of Work Job Coordinator.
    • Get equipment ready to leave on time each day for scheduled work jobs.
    • Teach boys how to prepare for each job.
    • Take boys to jobs, including driving and backing up trailers, trucks, etc.
    • Evaluate boys’ work performance and turn in paperwork to Work Job Supervisor.
    • Work with customers according to their instructions and expectations but within Ranch rules and standards.
    • Develop each boy’s concept of having completed a job well by 5 T’s (Tell, Teach, Train, Test, and Translate).
    • See that all equipment is maintained in proper working order under supervision of Work Job Coordinator.

    Compensation: $24,000.00 per year
