We are currently hiring a Travel Scheduling Assistant to support reservation coordination and client scheduling in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordinating travel schedules and reservations
- Organize client travel information and booking preferences
- Communicate confirmations, itinerary updates, and reservation details
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client interactions
- Support efficient coordination throughout the booking process
Requirements
- Must be 18+ and located in the United States
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently from home
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Basic computer and email proficiency

Compensation
