Work From Home Travel Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote
About the Role:
As a Travel Customer Service Representative, you will assist clients with hotel bookings and travel arrangements while delivering a high level of service and support in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries regarding travel bookings
- Assist with selecting and reserving accommodations
- Provide accurate travel information and recommendations
- Manage bookings and maintain detailed records
