We are hiring experienced sales professionals to join our remote financial services team. You will use the phone and sales skills you already have to help families find the right financial protection coverage — working entirely from home on a schedule you control.
This is a 1099 commission-only role with no base salary. If you are a proven closer who wants freedom, flexibility, and income that actually reflects your effort, keep reading. If you need a guaranteed base, this is not the right fit.

- Manage your own pipeline and daily activity on your schedule
- Close deals and get paid weekly — no waiting on monthly draws
- Optionally build a team and earn passive override income on their production
Income potential
- $800 to $1,200 commission per closed sale
- Experienced reps typically hit $80,000 to $120,000 in year one — faster ramp than new agents due to existing sales skills
- Top performers earn $150,000 to $300,000-plus once fully established

Requirements
- Proven background in a commission-based or performance-driven sales role
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident currently living in the United States
- Raleigh/Triangle area preferred — fully remote and open to all U.S. locations
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Life and Health Insurance License required before start date — or genuine willingness to obtain quickly (we provide full support)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace for calls
