Work Experience Coordinator - SEC

Intermediate District 287 is looking for a Work Experience Coordinator at our South Education Center in Richfield for the 2026-2027 school year!

Intermediate District 287 serves students in grades K-12, as well as transition age students (18-22 years old), from our 12 member districts in the west metro area. Our district offers a wide range of services and specialized programs, primarily focused on setting IV special education, that is designed to meet the diverse needs of our students. Position Details:

Location: South Education Center in Richfield, MN

FTE: 1.0 FTE

Start Date: New Staff Orientation begins August 25, 2026

Salary is based on Local 2209 Salary Schedule A: $51,349 - 101,853 (depending on experience and education)

Requirements:

• Interested in candidates who are: diverse, bilingual, or have experience working with diverse populations.
• Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university
• Must have a current MN teaching license in Teacher Coordinator Work Based Learning
