- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for document preparation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure proper document handling and storage.
- Proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and formatting errors.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department as needed.
- Utilize word processing software to create and modify complex legal documents.
Profile
A successful Word Processor should have:
- Proficiency in word processing software and tools, including advanced formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in document preparation.
- Experience with legal documents and an understanding of legal terminology is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
