Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM–3:30 PM

Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Woodworking Machine Operators for a 1st-shift manufacturing opportunity in Holmes County. You'll work with wood materials and production equipment to prepare, shape, sand, and finish components while building valuable woodworking and machine-operation experience.
Best of all? Your regular workweek is Monday through Thursday.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and stage wood materials for production
- Operate woodworking and production equipment
- Use planers, routers, sanders, and other tools
- Measure, shape, sand, and prepare components
- Inspect your work for quality and accuracy
- Follow established production and safety procedures
- Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed
What You'll Need
- Previous woodworking, manufacturing, construction, cabinetry, machine operation, or similar hands-on experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow measurements and work instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable attendance and willingness to learn
- Ability to work additional hours when production needs require
