    Description

Description YOU ARE… a highly organized and collaborative marketing professional with a background in branding, sales and supporting business growth. You love the challenge of transforming business goals into compelling campaigns and building sales-enablement tools that strengthen brand awareness, engage customers and drive measurable results. You're equally comfortable partnering with business leaders or supporting field sales teams, and you're a resourceful and proactive project manager who thrives supporting multiple priorities and stakeholder requests. You bring curiosity, enthusiasm, initiative and a collaborative spirit to every project, and you take pride in delivering high-quality results that elevate brand awareness, enhance product promotion and advance business objectives. WE ARE… a newly integrated enterprise marketing and communications team looking for a talented marketing specialist to help grow and elevate marketing across our Wood Products business. We're dedicated professionals who care deeply about our work, our company, and the customers and communities we serve. We work together so solve complex challenges and strive for excellence in everything we do. We are equal parts creativity, precision, adaptability and drive, and we strive to have fun every day. We focus on solving problems rather than finding them, and we try to listen more than we talk. We're looking for someone who can step in and help us elevate our marketing strategy and execution from Day 1. Are you that person? This position is an individual contributor role and will be based at our Seattle Headquarters, reporting to the senior manager of Wood Products marketing. The role will operate under our hybrid Flexible Work Policy, which requires employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and allows for remote work on Monday and Friday. Primary Responsibilities Business partnership: Partner with sales, business and cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, execute and measure marketing programs, sales tools, communications and promotions that support customer engagement and Wood Products business growth, with a focus on our Engineered Wood Products portfolio Marketing deliverables: Collaborate with internal creative resources and external agencies to develop high-impact marketing materials and campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive measurable results. Event management: Help plan, promote and support customer-facing events, including trade shows, builder and contractor events, customer seminars, open houses and other sales engagement activities. Project management: Manage product sample and technical literature programs, ensuring materials remain current, consistent, accessible and aligned with business needs. Field sales focus: Serve as a go-to resource for sales teams by providing timely support, identifying solutions and helping develop customized marketing materials, customer programs, business-driven sales incentives and promotional opportunities. Creative contributions: Create and coordinate a variety of customer-facing and sales-enablement materials, including print collateral, email campaigns, advertisements, promotions and region-specific marketing resources. Enterprise alignment: Prioritize, coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines, stakeholders and levels of complexity while maintaining a high standard of quality and execution.

    About Company

    About Company:

We grow trees and make forest products that improve lives in fundamental ways. Our wood products are used to build homes, where families are sheltered and raised. Our cellulose fibers are used to make diapers and other hygiene products that keep people clean and healthy. We innovate to use trees in products you may not expect, such as fabric, plastics and energy. We do these things because growing a truly great company isn’t just about great financial results or being a great place to work, it’s also about making a great contribution to society.
