Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Line Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling cabinet components and hardware with precision and efficiency, ensuring product quality and flow throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a steady work pace to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth line operations
• Read and interpret labels and installation instructions accurately
• Install screws, hardware, and cabinet parts with care, avoiding stripping or misalignment
• Conduct quality inspections to identify and correct any defects immediately
• Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing production needs
• Proactively prepare for upcoming assembly stages to ensure efficiency
• Deliver defect-free products and confirm correct installation before passing items along the line

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow written instructions and label information accurately
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and hardware installation preferred
• Team-oriented with good communication and adaptability
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
