Womens Health Nurse Practitioner

HealthPoint is now hiring for a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. This position will be Monday-Friday with no on on call responsibilities.

Salary Compensation: $102k- $107k

Monthly bonus potential: Production based potential >$1,000 per month

Annual bonus potential: Quality outcomes based, annual potential $23,000

Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed and Friday 8:30-5, Thursday 10:30am-7pm 30 minute lunch each day

Joining Bonus: $5,000 paid after 90 continuous days of employment

CME/Lic Fees/Prof Org Dues Up to $3,000 annually ($1,500 CME and $1500 License/Org Dues)

Years of Service Bonus: $4,500 after 2 and 3 years of service. $5,000 after 5 and 7 years of service. $6,000 after 10 years and every 5 years thereafter.

Paid Time Off: 30 days a year

Holidays: Up to 10 Paid Holidays (applicable national Holidays plus your Birthday off)

401k: $1 for $1 match on first 3% of income and $0.50 on the next 2% for a max match at 4% of your income. This is a Safe Harbor Plan so you are 100% vested on the company match immediately.

Health/Dental/Vision: Organization pays a portion of all. Both PPO and HSA plan available.

Group Term Life Insurance: Company paid $80,000 benefit; option for additional employee paid voluntary coverage

Long Term Disability: Option available - employee paid

Extended Illness Paid Time: Accrued extended illness time up to 8 weeks.

Loan Repayment: NHSC loan eligibility

Call Rotation: No Call

Production Requirements: 23-30 visits per day

Active APRN KY Licenses with training focus in Women's Health
