With us, you’ll be part of a team that values boldness, reliability, humanity, and compassion, committed to honoring every voice and story. As a Women's Health Specialist Psychotherapist, you’ll work in an environment that integrates somatic therapy, trauma-informed care, and mind-body practices, ensuring comprehensive support for our diverse community. Your role will involve delivering high standards of care through individual and group sessions, with the flexibility of part-time or full-time engagement.
We seek fully licensed psychotherapists (LP, LLP, LPC, LMSW, LMFT) who bring a positive energy and a dedication to practice within a collaborative and supportive team. At Reset, you’ll enjoy the benefits of being a W-2 employee with access to strong health benefits and paid administrative time. Our mandatory weekly team consultations and continuous skill-building opportunities ensure you’re always growing in your practice. With clear performance metrics and structured caseload targets, you’ll work sustainably, protected against burnout, in a certified Great Place to Work. If you’re ready to engage deeply and make a meaningful impact, we’re excited to welcome you to our team.

Since 2015, we've been on a mission to redefine mental health care—for clients and clinicians. We're a certified Great Place to Work with nearly 50 team members across four Michigan locations (Plymouth, Northville, Ann Arbor, Farmington), serving a community of over 6,000 people through individual therapy, group workshops, couples intensives, and specialized programs.
We're guided by boldness, reliability, humanity, and compassion. Our clinicians are W2 employees—not independent contractors—because we believe in stability, benefits, and actually taking care of the people who do this sacred work.
We're dedicated to creating a safe and respectful environment for individuals of all races, cultures, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Every voice matters here. Every story deserves to be honored.
