We have partnered closely with a premier regional healthcare organization dedicated to providing critically needed primary care to underserved and uninsured populations throughout the Los Angeles area. We are currently seeking a full-time, Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their clinical team in Harbor City. • Deliver culturally sensitive healthcare services entirely in both English and Spanish to meet the linguistic needs of the local patient population.
  • Manage a steady and efficient outpatient workflow, averaging approximately 20 to 24 patient encounters per day.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized patient management plans, monitor prenatal progress, and ensure meticulous continuity of care.
  • Educate patients on prenatal wellness, nutrition, family planning, and postpartum care, making specialized external referrals when high-risk maternal-fetal interventions are required.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and timely electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient visits, lab orders, and diagnostic follow-ups.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with a specialization or strong clinical focus in Women's Health / OB-GYN.
  • Active, unrestricted California state licensure as an NP or PA in good standing.
  • National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).

  • Valid DEA registration and up-to-date BLS/CPR certification.

Benefits:

  • Eligibility for competitive federal and state loan repayment programs.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans covering preventative and specialized care.
  • Robust retirement planning options featuring an excellent employer matching contribution.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) allocation to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Paid Continuing Medical Education (CME) days along with an annual financial stipend.
  • Fully paid medical malpractice insurance coverage.
  • Excellent long-term professional growth opportunities within a stable, mission-focused organization.
