University of Maryland Shore Regional Health is seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP or FNP) to join a collaborative outpatient practice in Easton, Maryland.

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with no call, offering an excellent work-life balance in a supportive, team-oriented environment.


Practice Details

  • 100% outpatient womens health
  • Monday-Friday schedule (no call)
  • EPIC EMR
  • Collaborative clinic with access to specialty support
  • Strong system-wide clinical resources

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Perform annual well-woman exams and routine screenings
  • Provide contraceptive counseling and management
  • Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions
  • Deliver preventive care and patient education
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $123,250 - $141,950
    • Based on experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
  • Overtime available beyond 40 hours

Qualifications

  • Masters degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
  • WHNP preferred; FNPs with relevant experience encouraged
  • Active Maryland NP and RN licenses (or eligibility)
  • DEA/ CDS eligibility
  • BLS certification
  • Experience in womens health or primary care preferred
  • New graduates with strong interest in womens health encouraged to apply
