    IDR is seeking a WOD Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Boston, MA. This role supports workforce management systems within a dynamic healthcare environment, focusing on system configuration, issue resolution, and end user support to enhance operational efficiency.

    Position Overview for the WOD Operations Analyst:

    • Provide support for workforce management systems, particularly UKG/Kronos, within a healthcare setting.
    • Participate in system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting efforts.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HRIS, IT, and Workforce to ensure system stability and security.
    • Manage system issues, enhancements, and projects to optimize workforce operations.
    • Offer end-user support through tickets, outreach, and system documentation.

    Requirements for the WOD Operations Analyst:

    • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
    • Five plus (3+) years of workforce management system support experience, preferably healthcare
    • UKG/Kronos experience required
    • Knowledge of UKG/Kronos modules, system configuration, and architecture skills
    • Proven project management and problem-solving skills
