    Job title : WMT Policy and Governance SDLC/CIM Manager

    Overview

    This role is a supportive role to the WMT Policy and Governance team in their activities representing Wealth Management in the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Implementation Management (CIM) areas. The individual will be responsible for generating metrics, hosting meetings, helping to generate decks, and where necessary, contact individuals for follow up policy and governance actions.


    Primary responsibilities

    Contributing input input to the current SDLC/CIM Change Management procedures, eliminating ambiguity and ensuring Change Management supports Infrastructure objectives including agile, in accordance with the firm wide Change Management policy and standards

    Taking feeds from Supervision as required, ensure that SDLC/CIM can evidence transparency on change volume by ensuring that all changes are supported by a corresponding change record (planned, out of cycle, emergency or standard)

    Working with the wider SDLC/CIM Operational Change Management team to represent SDLC/CIM and standardization interests for Change Management tooling working to ensure that the tooling offers standardized functional requirements for Change

    Introducing and maintaining supportable KPIs and metrics

    Performing spot checks against the SDLC/CIM Change Portfolio and coupling the output of these with KPIs to establish where teams require additional oversight in the form of education, pre-reviews and support

    Working with the wider SDLC/CIM Change Management team to facilitate improved dialogue with Practice Area Groups to ensure compliance with Policies and Procedures

    Acting as the backup Wealth Management SDLC/CIM Lead


    Essential criteria

    3.Exceptional attention to detail Desirable criteria

    1.Previous experience of working with internal / external audit and regulators

    2.Previous experience of IT at a Financial Services organization

    3.Previous experience of an IT infrastructure environment

    4.Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint

    5.ITIL v3 / 4 foundation certification
