Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Blue Yonder WMS L2/L3 application support across warehouse sites.
• Act as the SME for Blue Yonder WMS and provide technical/functional support.
• Handle incidents, problems, changes, releases, RCA, and major incident recovery.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations, IT, offshore teams, product teams, and third-party vendors.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and drive automation and ticket-reduction initiatives.
• Lead offshore teams and ensure operational readiness and knowledge management.
• Act as the primary onshore contact for customer communication and escalations.
