Job Summary
The WMS Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation, optimization, and support of the Warehouse Management System to ensure accurate inventory control, efficient warehouse processes, and seamless order fulfillment. The WMS Supervisor leads system training, monitors key performance indicators, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures data integrity to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in driving our mission forward. The following responsibilities outline the core expectations and contributions for this position:
- Supervise and support daily WMS operations across receiving, inventory management, picking, packing, and shipping functions
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for system-related issues and coordinate resolution with operational teams
- Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct root cause analysis for discrepancies
- Develop and maintain WMS procedures, workflows, and user training programs
- Support system upgrades, testing, implementations, and process enhancements
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levels
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Lead and develop WMS specialists, coordinators, or support personnel as assigned
- Drive accountability through strong leadership and setting consistent expectations
- Ensure department"s compliance with company policies and procedures
- Improving and maintaining communicated performance standards for department; managing with the flexibility to react as needed when breakdowns arise
Physical Demands
- While performing duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; taste and/or smell, talk and hear.
- Ability to bend & stoop at waist level as well as bend & twist neck and head.
- The employee must regularly endure repetitive minimal to moderate lifting 10lbs up to 50lbs and occasional team lifting above 50lbs. Requires normal range of hearing and vision (including colors) to record, prepare and communicate appropriate reports and results.
- The employee is frequently standing on a concrete surface for 8-, 10- or 12-hour shifts
- Occasionally may need to climb on stairs, step ladders, stool.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Ability to work up to 12-hour shifts.
