    Description

    Requirements for the candidate would have experience in WMS implementations (MARC, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc)

    Business process ownership: Partner with warehouse and logistics leaders to understand current state processes and pain points; translate requirements into future state process flows for receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking (wave/batch/zone), packing, shipping, cycle counting, and returns.
    • WMS configuration & solution design: Configure WMS parameters, rules, and workflows (e.g., allocation, task interleaving, slotting, cartonization, labeling) to meet service levels and compliance requirements; maintain configuration governance and change control.
    • Integrations & interface management: Design, support, and troubleshoot integrations between WMS and ERP/OMS/TMS, transportation carriers, EDI partners, and warehouse automation (WCS, conveyors, sorters, voice, RFID). Validate message flows, acknowledgements, and exception handling across middleware/APIs/flat files.
    • Production support & root cause analysis: Serve as L3 SME for complex incidents impacting warehouse execution; perform root cause analysis across application, database, and integration layers; implement corrective and preventive actions and communicate status to stakeholders.
