What You’ll Do
Help customers with new phones, upgrades & accessories
Talk with customers in English or Spanish
Explain phones, plans & promos in a simple, clear way
Recommend the best options based on customer needs
Set up devices, activate service & troubleshoot basics
Keep the store clean, stocked, and looking great
Deliver top-tier customer service (servicio al cliente)
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual (English/Spanish) or strong Spanish skills
Friendly, confident, and great at starting conversations
Motivated to earn commission and hit goals
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
Comfortable being on your feet during shifts
Flexible schedule (weekends & holidays included)
